In the days of Kingdom and Warriors, when battles for land and pride raged across Ireland, many brave men were slain or imprisioned and spent years in the dungeons of the great castles. The only visitors allowed were the monks who travelled the land to bring comfort to those in need. As there was no way for the local people to make contact with the imprisioned lords, craftsmen carved out hidden compartmens in hardwood cases shaped like books. Binding them in leather they could fill them with medicine, food, drink and sometimes even weapons. The monks would then smuggle these into the captives. On many an occasion it was this act of secrecy which enabled the lords to recover and sometimes escape. From the ashes of these noble deeds has come "A Collection of Secrets"

A Secret View

" A Secret View" has been designed with both the sportsman and the spectator in mind.

It combines a miniture pair of high quality power view binoculars (8x21) complemented by a superb hand rolled pewter hip flask, set in hardwood and bound and set in its own unique case.

A Secret Aria

"A Secret Aria", has been designed with Opera and theatre lovers in mind.

The finest quality featherweight binoculars are set in hardwood and are accompanied by a Bausch and Lomb spring loaded magnifying glass which can also be illuminated.

The Secret Mariner

"The Secret Mariner", has matched age old tradition with the spirit of the sea.

Our handcrafted boatswain whistle is presented with chart dividers and a brass compass paperweight.

They are then set in hardwood and presented in the same definitive style as the other volumes in the Secrets Collection.

Secrets of Time

Moments in Time are captured by this unique Secret.

A reproduction hunter pocket watch which has been set deep in it's mahogany case and accompanied by a classic Le'Plume Pen set which includes a Rollerball and a Fountain Pen.

The Smokers Secret

Designed for the smoker of fine cigars.

This exquisite Secret includes a twin pewter Cigar Holder, a perfectly scaled pewter Ashtray accompanied by a pewter Matchbox holder and completed by a classic magnum 44 bullet which has been hollowed out and re-designed into a most unusual Cigar Cutter.
